Zentral war der Aufbau von Kompetenzen im Gesundheitstourismus, sowohl in touristischen Regionen als auch in Betrieben, durch Wissenstransfer, Qualit\u00e4tsverbesserungen und -sicherungen sowie die Qualifikation von Arbeitskr\u00e4ften. Mitarbeiter:innen finden und binden und 2. Regionale und \u00fcberregionale Kooperationen nutzen. Durch Vernetzungsma\u00dfnahmen sollen Regionen und Betriebe gesundheitstouristische Kompetenzen aufbauen und Qualifizierungsangebote f\u00fcr Arbeitskr\u00e4fte geschaffen werden. Sei es die Verschiebung von Wachstumsgrenzen, die Ver\u00e4nderung des Pollenflugs, die Abnahme von Schneesicherheit oder Zunahme von Extremwetterereignissen. Die G\u00e4ste w\u00e4hlen unterschiedliche Anpassungsstrategien. Das kann beispielsweise ein Destinationswechsel, der Wechsel von Urlaubsaktivit\u00e4ten oder eine zeitliche Neuorientierung sein. Die gewachsene touristische Kompetenz der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) in den Regionen bildet ein gemeinsames St\u00e4rkefeld. Aufgrund ihrer Kleinstrukturiertheit aber sind kaum Mittel vorhanden, um durch Forschung und Entwicklung gesundheitstouristische Innovationen voranzutreiben.
